THREE APPOINTMENTS

A clear assessment process.

01 /

Intake session

I gather your developmental, medical, and personal history, discuss your concerns, and clarify the questions you want the evaluation to answer. An intake usually lasts 90–120 minutes.

02 /

Testing session

I select standardized paper-and-pencil and computerized measures of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Testing usually takes 3–5 hours and generally requires an in-person appointment.

03 /

Feedback session

I explain the results, diagnostic findings, and recommendations, and discuss practical next steps. Feedback usually lasts about 50 minutes, and you receive a copy of your completed report.

An evaluation built around your questions

My evaluations typically involve three appointments over several weeks, allowing time to score and interpret the findings. The measures and total time depend on your concerns; not every evaluation assesses every condition below.
