Adult Psychological Testing

When your experiences are hard to explain, an assessment can offer a fuller picture. I bring together your history, interviews, and standardized measures to understand your strengths, concerns, and possible diagnoses—and to offer useful recommendations.

THREE APPOINTMENTS

A clear assessment process.

01 /

Intake session

I learn about your personal history and early development, listen to your concerns, and identify the goals of the assessment.

02 /

Testing session

I use interviews and selected paper-and-pencil or computerized measures to explore cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning.

03 /

Feedback session

I review the findings with you in depth, explain the diagnostic picture, and discuss recommendations. You receive a copy of your completed evaluation report.

Understanding yourself more deeply

An evaluation can explore how early experiences, temperament, and patterns of thinking relate to your current sense of self and relationships. I aim to make the findings understandable and useful, with recommendations grounded in your individual needs.
