ADULTS 18+ · NEURODIVERSITY-AFFIRMING

I gather developmental and early-childhood history, discuss your current experiences, and clarify what you hope to learn.
I use standardized measures, interviews, communication-based tasks, and selected paper-and-pencil or computerized testing to build a comprehensive picture.
I explain your diagnostic profile, discuss strengths and support needs, and review recommendations and next steps. You receive a copy of your completed report.
Suspecting a diagnosis is a valid reason to seek an evaluation. I use a neurodiversity-affirming approach that respects different processing styles while considering the full picture, including explanations you may not have expected.
An autism evaluation includes screening for related or co-occurring concerns, such as ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, mood concerns, and executive functioning. These screenings help inform the diagnostic picture and recommendations; additional assessment may be appropriate.
